The Trowel

- Gate sets have a choice of colour at no extra cost with a choice of Black, Red or Green enamel finish.

All gates include:

- 2 x ball topped steel post which will need to be concreted in. *
- 2 x scrolled drop bars to hold gates in an open or closed position.
- 4 x zinc plated adjustable hinges and load bearing washers.
- 1 x maintenance and repair kit comprising of zinc primer and matching paints.

Gate Construction

- Gate posts constructed from 80mm x 80 mm steel box section, capped with steel ball top
- 16 mm hinge pins welded adversely to prevent lifting off.

Gate frame

-Manufactured using 30 mm x 30 mm hammered effect box section.

Verticals

- Manufactured using 16mm solid round bar.

Gate top

- Manufactured using 30mm x 10mm solid flat bar.

Paintwork

- All metalwork treated with one coat of zinc phosphate primer.
- One coat of zinc phosphate undercoat.
- Two coats of preferred enamel.
* Hinge plates to bolt onto brick wall if preferred.
