Full-Size Spa Comforts in a Portable Spa
Like all Spa-N-A-Box products, the 6 Foot Spa-N-A-Box provides the benefits of soothing hydro-therapeutic massage characteristic of much more expensive and cumbersome full-size Spas. A powerful 1 HP motor circulates luxuriously warm 104-degree water and drives 127 air jets. Relax as your legs, lower back, spine, and shoulders are enveloped in the exclusive Turbo Massage.

The Pump
The 6 Foot Spa-N-A-Box is powered by a Grundfos fractional circulation pump that drive 360 gallons per hour through the filtration system.

Grundfos is the world's leading manufacturer of pumps, producing over 8 million units per year that are used in facilities ranging from municipal drinking water pumping stations to local pools and spas. The Grundfos pump is so efficient that it consumes less energy than a 100-watt light bulb.

Turbo Massage Jets
Air Jets are another one of the features that makes the 6 Foot Spa-N-A-Box more like a full-size Spa than a portable Spa. Powered by a 1 HP blower, air is forced through 127 jets place throughout the 6 Foot Spa-N-A-Box. When switched on, the water is brought to a frothing boil.

This Turbo Massage feature is exclusive to the Spa-N-A-Box product line. As the air jets launch the air from the bottom of the Spa, water throughout the Spa is agitated. The steady stream of air causes the water to massage your feet, legs, lower back, spine, and shoulders. Air blowers of this standard are typically found only on full-size Spas.

The Filtration
Embedded in the water pump is an advanced filtration system that removes impurities from your Spa. This filtration system is included standard on all Spa-N-A-Box models at no extra cost. Active at all times, the filters are constantly working to help filter debris and other impurities that enter your Spa during use.

The pump circulates 360 gallons of water per hour through the filters, ensuring
that any impurities are quickly filtered from your 6 Foot Spa-N-A-Box.

The Heat
The thermostatically controlled heater is operated at the touch of a button. After filling your 6 Foot Spa-N-A-Box, simply set the thermostat to any desired temperature between 40 and steamy 104 degrees. The heater works to rapidly warm the water at a rate of 425 gallon-degrees per hour, and effortlessly maintains the desired heat 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Based on average electricity costs, the 6 Foot Spa-N-A-Box consumes roughly £6 of energy if water temperature is maintained at 104 degrees on a continual basis. This highly-efficient output is maintained thanks to highly-insulated liner padding and the cover. Please note: your actual operating costs may vary according to your local electricity rate schedule.

The Frame
The 6 Foot Spa-N-A-Box is framed by lightweight high-impact plastic panels that rest upon a extruded PVC frame. The frame is designed in a self-reinforcing structure that becomes stronger and more stable as water is added to the Spa. When filled with 2500+ pounds of water, the 6 Foot Spa-N-A-Box is as robust as any permanent Spa.

The 2" thick panels are vacuum-sealed with polystyrene insulation to provide excellent thermal retention, a key to helping keep ongoing heating costs low. The panels are guaranteed not to delaminate.

The Liner

Made from the same material as commercial river rafts, the reinforced liner rests on a thick padded base that provides a comfortable floor. A padded lip liner that surrounds the rim of the Spa offers a cushioned arm and neck rest while also protecting the inner liner from chafing against the Spa frame.
The base pad provides both comfort and protection for the Spa liner. Set up your 6 Foot Spa-N-A-Box in any outdoor or INDOOR setting without worry of puncture -- the base pad protects the liner from twigs, rocks, and other sharp objects.

With the liner in place, slide the pump and heater unit next to the frame and attach the water and air jet tubes. The tubes mate easily and do not require any tool to tighten the seal. The pump and heater assembly is lightweight enough for one person to slide it easily against the frame. Then just fill with water wait to heat then just sit back and enjoy the warm bubbling water.
